Program Overview: Our 3U-5U basketball program is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of the game in a fun and supportive environment. Each session focuses on skill development, coordination, teamwork, and confidence-building through structured activities and engaging drills.

Week 1: Introduction & Ball Handling
Warm-up: Fun movement activities (jumping, running, stretching)
